The Milan is a premium Timber Garden Room starting point with a clean, contemporary shape and a useful sheltered section built into the design. Its flat roof and 2.5m ridge height make it a practical option where the common UK permitted development height limit needs to be considered.
As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Milan is a starting design and starting price rather than a fixed final specification. We can adapt the size, layout, wall specification, roof finish, colours and other details to suit the customer’s garden and how they plan to use the space. This 4.34m x 3.5m model offers 15.2m² of floor space, Lugarde Premium construction, 18mm wall thickness and a 2.22m wall height.
Starting price is based on the Milan flat roof configuration shown. Bespoke changes, optional finishes and installation requirements can be quoted separately.
