Its flat roof keeps the ridge height to 2.5m, making it a practical option where the common UK permitted development height limit is an important consideration.
As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Copenhagen is not a fixed, one-size-fits-all building. It gives you a clear starting design and starting price, then we can adapt the size, layout, timber choice, doors, glazing, colours and finishing options to suit the customer’s garden and how they plan to use the space. This 5.32m x 3.5m model offers 18.6m² of floor space, Lugarde Premium construction, 22mm wall thickness and a 2.42m wall height.
Starting price is based on the Copenhagen flat roof configuration shown. Bespoke changes, optional finishes and installation requirements can be quoted separately.
