The Lyon is a flexible Timber Garden Room starting point with a clean flat roof design and a generous glazed frontage. Its practical 5.398m x 2.998m footprint makes it a strong option for a garden office, hobby room, studio, relaxation space or a bright garden retreat.
As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Lyon is a starting design and starting price rather than a fixed final specification. We can adapt the size, layout, glazing, windows, wall thickness, roof finish, colours and other details to suit the customer’s garden and how they plan to use the space. This model offers 16.2m² of floor space, Lugarde Prima construction, 44mm wall thickness, a glass sliding wall and two PJ23 windows.
The flat roof configuration has a ridge height of 2.58m, so where the common UK 2.5m permitted development height limit is critical, we can look at adjusting the bespoke specification before quoting. Starting price is based on the Lyon configuration shown. Bespoke changes, optional finishes and installation requirements can be quoted separately.
