The Bruges is a flexible Timber Garden Room starting point with a practical enclosed space and a full-width covered canopy. It is a good option for customers who want a garden building that can combine storage, hobbies, relaxing or occasional working from home with a sheltered area for outdoor seating or equipment.
As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Bruges is a starting design and starting price rather than a fixed final specification. We can adapt the size, layout, doors, wall thickness, roof finish, colours and other details to suit the customer’s garden and how they plan to use the space. This 5.4m x 4.19m model offers 22.6m² of total covered space, including a 6.43m² canopy area, Lugarde Prima construction, 28mm wall thickness and two PE45H doors.
The flat roof configuration has a ridge height of 2.45m, making it a useful option where the common UK 2.5m permitted development height limit needs to be considered. Starting price is based on the Bruges configuration shown. Bespoke changes, optional finishes and installation requirements can be quoted separately.
