The Stockholm is a flexible Timber Garden Room starting point for customers who want a useful mix of enclosed indoor space and a sheltered outdoor area. With its flat roof, generous footprint and simple modern shape, it works well as a garden lounge, hobby room, storage space or a practical garden office with extra covered space alongside.
As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Stockholm should be seen as a starting design and starting price rather than a fixed final specification. We can adapt the size, layout, wall thickness, doors, roof details, colours and finishing options to suit the customer’s garden and the way they want to use the building. This 6.0m x 4.2m model offers 25.2m² of total floor space, including a 12.6m² canopy area, Lugarde Prima construction and 28mm wall thickness.
The listed flat roof configuration has a ridge height of 2.56m, so where the 2.5m permitted development height limit is critical, we can look at adjusting the bespoke specification before quoting. Starting price is based on the Stockholm configuration shown. Bespoke changes, optional finishes and installation requirements can be quoted separately.
