The Zurich is a generous Timber Garden Room starting point with a practical layout that gives customers plenty of flexibility. With its larger footprint, multiple windows and useful internal space, it works well as a garden office, hobby room, studio, workshop or a combined space for work and storage.
As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Zurich is a starting design and starting price rather than a fixed final specification. We can adapt the size, layout, doors, windows, wall thickness, roof finish, colours and other details to suit the customer’s garden and how they plan to use the space. This 5.998m x 3.598m model offers 21.6m² of floor space, Lugarde Prima construction, 28mm wall thickness, PE45H doors and four windows.
The flat roof configuration has a ridge height of 2.45m, making it a useful option where the common UK 2.5m permitted development height limit needs to be considered. Starting price is based on the Zurich configuration shown. Bespoke changes, optional finishes and installation requirements can be quoted separately.
