As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Nottingham is a starting design and starting price rather than a fixed final specification. We can adapt the size, layout, doors, glazing, wall thickness, colours, roof finish and other details to suit the customer’s garden and how they plan to use the space. This 5.72m x 3.36m model offers 19.2m² of floor space, Lugarde Pro construction, 28mm wall thickness, DD01H doors and glass sliding walls.
The flat roof configuration has a ridge height of 2.49m, making it a useful option where the common UK 2.5m permitted development height limit needs to be considered. Starting price is based on the Nottingham configuration shown. Bespoke changes, optional finishes and installation requirements can be quoted separately.
