The Krakow is a generous Timber Garden Room starting point with a clean, understated look and a practical rectangular layout. With almost 20m² of internal space, it works well as a garden office, studio, hobby room, workshop or flexible extra room just outside the home.
As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Krakow is a starting design and starting price rather than a fixed final specification. We can adapt the size, layout, doors, wall thickness, colours, roof finish and other details to suit the customer’s garden and how they plan to use the space. This 6.598m x 2.998m model offers 19.8m² of floor space, Lugarde Prima construction, 44mm wall thickness and a combination of VL02H and DD01HW doors.
The flat roof configuration has a ridge height of 2.45m, making it a useful option where the common UK 2.5m permitted development height limit needs to be considered. Starting price is based on the Krakow configuration shown. Bespoke changes, optional finishes and installation requirements can be quoted separately.
