The Marseille is a large Timber Garden Room starting point for customers who want a substantial, flexible space in the garden. With over 43m² of floor space, it is well suited to larger garden offices, studios, hobby rooms, garden lounges or a mixed-use space with room for more than one purpose.
As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Marseille is a starting design and starting price rather than a fixed final specification. We can adapt the size, layout, doors, windows, wall thickness, roof finish, colours and other details to suit the customer’s garden and how they plan to use the space. This 7.216m x 6.016m model offers 43.4m² of floor space, Lugarde Prima construction, 44mm wall thickness, PE61H doors and two PE23 windows.
The flat roof configuration has a ridge height of 2.6m, so where the common UK 2.5m permitted development height limit is critical, we can look at adjusting the bespoke specification before quoting. Starting price is based on the Marseille configuration shown. Bespoke changes, optional finishes and installation requirements can be quoted separately.
