The Helsinki is a large Timber Garden Room starting point for customers who want a substantial, flexible building with plenty of room to divide up different uses. With over 50m² of floor space, it is well suited to a larger garden office, studio, hobby space, workshop, garden lounge or a combined layout with separate zones.
As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Helsinki is a starting design and starting price rather than a fixed final specification. We can adapt the size, layout, doors, windows, wall thickness, roof finish, colours and other details to suit the customer’s garden and how they plan to use the space. This 9.6m x 5.4m model offers 51.8m² of floor space, Lugarde Prima construction, 44mm wall thickness, PE45H doors, three VL02H doors and two PJ23 windows.
The flat roof configuration has a ridge height of 2.45m, making it a useful option where the common UK 2.5m permitted development height limit needs to be considered. Starting price is based on the Helsinki configuration shown. Bespoke changes, optional finishes and installation requirements can be quoted separately.
