The Liege is a compact Timber Garden Room starting point, ideal for customers who want a simple, useful garden building without taking over the whole garden. Its neat 3m x 3m footprint makes it a good option for storage, hobbies, a small workshop or a practical work-from-home space.
As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Liege is best treated as a starting design and starting price rather than a fixed final specification. We can adapt the layout, doors, windows, wall thickness, colours, roof finish and other details to suit the customer’s garden and how they plan to use the space. This 3m x 3m model offers 9m² of floor space, Lugarde Prima construction, 28mm wall thickness, two fixed windows and PE26 double doors.
The listed flat roof configuration has an overall height of around 2.44m, making it a useful option where the common UK 2.5m permitted development height limit needs to be considered. Starting price is based on the Liege configuration shown. Bespoke changes, optional finishes and installation requirements can be quoted separately.
