The Vienna is a premium Timber Garden Room starting point for customers who want a mix of enclosed indoor space and a sheltered outdoor seating area. With its flat roof and 2.5m overall height, it is a sensible option where the common UK permitted development height limit needs to be kept in mind.
The design includes a useful enclosed room alongside a covered open area with a steel-look glass wall, making it well suited to garden lounging, entertaining, storage, hobbies or a quiet workspace. As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Vienna is a starting design and starting price rather than a fixed final specification. We can adapt the size, layout, cladding, doors, windows, timber choice and finishing options to suit the customer’s garden and how they want to use the space. This 7.0m x 3.08m model offers around 21.5m² of total covered space, Lugarde Premium construction and Douglas timber.
Starting price is based on the Vienna flat roof configuration shown. Bespoke changes, optional finishes and installation requirements can be quoted separately.
