The Lisbon is a large Timber Garden Room starting point, designed for customers who want a generous, flexible garden space with plenty of room to use in different ways. With almost 29m² of floor space, it works well as a garden office, studio, hobby room, relaxation space or a combination of uses within one building.
As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Lisbon is a starting design and starting price rather than a fixed final specification. We can adapt the size, layout, doors, windows, wall thickness, colours, roof finish and other details to suit the customer’s garden and how they plan to use the space. This 8.22m x 3.5m model offers 28.8m² of floor space, Lugarde Pro construction, 28mm wall thickness, an SD200 door and two PJ07 windows.
The flat roof configuration has a ridge height of 2.49m, making it a useful option where the common UK 2.5m permitted development height limit needs to be considered. Starting price is based on the Lisbon configuration shown. Bespoke changes, optional finishes and installation requirements can be quoted separately.
