The Ghent is a compact Timber Garden Room starting point, ideal for customers who want useful garden storage or a small practical space without taking up too much room. With its flat roof, neat footprint and small canopy section, it works well for garden tools, outdoor equipment, bikes, hobby storage or as a tidy overflow space just outside the home.
As with all Timber Garden Rooms, Ghent is a starting design and starting price rather than a fixed final specification. We can adapt the size, layout, doors, wall thickness, roof finish, colours and other details to suit the customer’s garden and how they plan to use the space. This 3.598m x 1.78m model offers 6.4m² of total floor space, including a 2.1m² canopy area, Lugarde Prima construction, 28mm wall thickness and DD02 doors.
The flat roof configuration has a ridge height of 2.45m, making it a useful option where the common UK 2.5m permitted development height limit needs to be considered. Starting price is based on the Ghent configuration shown. Bespoke changes, optional finishes and installation requirements can be quoted separately.
